About the Role

With effect from 1 January 2027. Peterhouse is looking for a dynamic, accomplished educator and agricultural specialist to deliver the ZIMSEC Advanced Level Agriculture qualification (Syllabus 9159). This part-time post offers a chance to mentor pupils through theoretical instruction and field practicals as they start their agricultural journey. Experience in teaching this syllabus — including supervising research projects — would be an added advantage.

The successful applicant will also be in sympathy with the Anglican traditions and ethos of Peterhouse and will understand the culture and commitment required in a full boarding school.

Requirements

Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications in agriculture, agronomy or agricultural education, demonstrating professional proficiency.
- Experience teaching the ZIMSEC A Level Agriculture syllabus (9159), including supervising research projects, is an added advantage.
- In sympathy with the Anglican traditions and ethos of Peterhouse and an understanding of the culture and commitment required in a full boarding school.
