About the Role
CorePay's client, a reputable construction and property-development company, is seeking an experienced Projects Supervisor (Harare; fixed-term, projects-based) to oversee renovation and construction projects — coordinating site teams, monitoring quality, ensuring safety compliance and delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and property-development activities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and assess workmanship and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and building regulations.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports; resolve site issues.
- Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders; maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support project planning, budgeting and cost control to ensure completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising construction, maintenance or property-development projects.
- Excellent project-planning, organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team-coordination abilities; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Valid driver's licence (Class 2 or 4).
