Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and property development activities.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and assess workmanship and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost-control initiatives.
- Ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements
Skills and qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising construction, maintenance, or property development projects.
- Excellent project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Valid driver's licence Classes 2 or 4.
