Property Manager

Clover Leaf Motors invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacancy of Property Manager.

The ideal incumbent should possess the following minimum qualifications

• 5 'O' Level passes including Mathematics and English.
• 3 'A' Level passes.
• Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• 3 years' traceable working experience in property management, preferably a commercial or shopping-mall environment.
• Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting.
• Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• A valid class 4 driver's licence is a must.
