Clover Leaf Motors invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the vacancy of Property Manager.
Requirements
The ideal incumbent should possess the following minimum qualifications:
- 5 'O' Level passes including Mathematics and English.
- 3 'A' Level passes.
- Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
- 3 years' traceable working experience in property management, preferably a commercial or shopping-mall environment.
- Knowledge of lease administration, tenant relations, facilities management and budgeting.
- Good communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A valid class 4 driver's licence is a must.
