Registry Officer

Grade: C3. Reports to: Manager Administration. Department: Finance and Administration. Station: Head Office, Harare.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Processing and archiving of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
2. Maintaining an effective and efficient physical and digital Registry System.
3. Maintaining and safe-keeping of all Commission records.
4. Supervising junior staff in the section.

Qualifications, experience and attributes

• A Degree or HND in Information Science or National Diploma in Records and Information Science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar or relevant field.
• Be reliable and have ethical standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge and understanding of Public Service Records Management regulations and procedures.
• Utilizing AI tools to extract, validate, and index structured data from physical and digital documents.
