The consultant will provide technical support to the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education (MoPSE) in preparing and finalising the 2026 Education Sector Performance Report (ESPR) and supporting the preparation, coordination and reporting of the 2026 Joint Sector Review (JSR).

• Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least five years' experience working in a development context.
• Sound knowledge of public-sector or government planning and policymaking processes.
• Ability to work with government, development partners and civil society.
• Good communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, computer and data analysis skills.
• Good report writing skills and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Shona and/or Ndebele is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the Zimbabwean education context is desirable.
