Foodies is looking for a Training Coach to build skills, raise standards and deliver consistent training across all Foodies brands.
You will:
- Develop and deliver training programmes for all staff across all Foodies brands.
- Ensure every team member understands and upholds our standards.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and skills assessments.
- Identify training needs and create action plans.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with managers to strengthen team capability and consistency.
- Be a role model of our values, culture and standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Trainer, Coach or Learning & Development professional (fast food / QSR experience highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, customer service and company standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills.
- Ability to create training materials, manuals and simple learning tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and results-driven.
- A passion for people development and raising standards.
