Fitter and Turner (3 Posts: Harare ×2, Chitungwiza ×1)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of FITTER AND TURNER that has arisen in our organisation, in Harare (x2) and Chitungwiza (x1).

The successful applicants will be reporting to the Factory Engineer.

The successful candidates will be responsible for

• Carrying out routine installations.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance.
• Compliance with all operational procedures.
• Carrying out repairs on machinery.
• Procurement of spares.
• Up to date record-keeping.
• Contractor management, compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal incumbent must possess the following

• Class One Journeyman in mechanical engineering.
• National Certificate/National Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• At least three years of working experience particularly in the FMCG industry.
