Managing Executive, Pasta

National Foods Limited is recruiting a Managing Executive, Pasta Business Unit, to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth and deliver sustainable profitability.

The Managing Executive will have full accountability for the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational success of the Pasta Business Unit.

The role requires a visionary and commercially astute leader who can deliver sustainable growth, strengthen market leadership, drive operational excellence and inspire high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing growth opportunities, enhancing competitiveness, driving innovation and ensuring the business consistently delivers superior results in line with the National Foods Group strategy.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• A postgraduate management qualification (MBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years' relevant experience within a manufacturing, food production or FMCG environment.
• Significant senior leadership experience with accountability for business performance and strategic execution.
• Proven success in driving growth, profitability and operational excellence.
