About the Role
Equals Solutions is launching an intensive, structured 18-month Graduate Training Programme giving recent graduates hands-on workplace exposure. Trainees are recruited for the following disciplines:
1. Software Development (x2)
2. Quality Assurance (x2)
3. Service Delivery Operations — Second Level Support (x3)

Requirements
Minimum requirement (all positions)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- First Class or Upper Second Class pass in the area of study.
- Able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid clean Class 4 driver's licence is an added advantage.
