About the Role
HIPH invites applications from visionary, strategic and results-oriented leaders for the position of Group Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will provide overall strategic, financial and operational leadership for the Group and will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening corporate governance, enhancing organisational performance and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO will champion innovation, operational excellence and long-term value creation while ensuring that all Group operations remain financially sustainable and compliant with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the Group's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Develop, implement and review corporate strategies, policies and business plans in line with Board-approved priorities.
