Investment Analyst

ZB Financial Holdings is hiring an Investment Analyst (Harare). The role supports investment decision-making through comprehensive research and analysis of financial markets, economies, industries, securities and investment opportunities, providing actionable insights to Portfolio Managers and senior management aligned with the firm's objectives, risk appetite and client mandates.

Qualifications and experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Business Studies or a related field.
• 2–5 years' relevant experience in investment research, asset management, financial analysis or a related environment.
• CFA qualification or progress towards CFA an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and portfolio-management principles.
• Proven capability in financial modelling, valuation, quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Bloomberg and Power BI an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
