About the Role
Reporting to the District Planner.
Duties
- Produce compliant layout plans; peg stands; development control and land management in Gokwe North.
- Communal village mapping and permits; process subdivision, consolidation and change-of-use applications.
- Assess building plans; facilitate surveys; enforce statutes; help resolve land disputes.

Requirements
- Degree in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent.
- At least 3 years' experience in a planning-related role.
- Clean Class 4 driver's licence; membership of a recognised professional body; Zimbabwean citizen; clean record.
