General Manager — Strategic Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (1)

About the Role
Reports to the Secretary. Leads the development and implementation of strategic planning frameworks and performance management systems.
Duties:
- Oversee coordination, monitoring and evaluation of programmes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide leadership to performance- and programme-management teams; collaborate across departments.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and report to the Secretary and executive leadership.
- Identify risks and opportunities; promote evidence-based decision-making, accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or related; a Master's in Strategic Management, Business Administration or related.
- At least 5 years at Deputy Director level or equivalent.
- Proven strategic planning, programme or performance management in the public sector; strong leadership and analytical skills; proficiency in data systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
