About the Role
An HR Intern will support the Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes. Reports to the HR Officer.
Key areas:
- Record and file management (physical and electronic).
- Assisting in recruitment and selection (administrative and logistical support).
- Responding to staff inquiries; general HR support and clerical duties.

Requirements
- Pursuing an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Capital Management or related.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality; good listening and communication skills; adaptable and a fast learner.
- The incumbent (male or female) must be a fully born-again Christian in ZAOGA FIF.
