About the Role
TV Sales & Home is looking for a Service Centre Administrator based in Harare. The successful candidate will help run the service centre efficiently, handling the administration around servicing and repairing household appliances, with strong attention to detail and good customer care.
Requirements
- Aged between 25 and 45 (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 O-Levels, including Mathematics and English
- A technical qualification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience servicing and repairing household appliances (preferred)
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Good listening skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication
- A confident, honest team player
