About the Role
Securico is seeking two self-driven Training Officers (one male, one female) to join the Human Resources Department and help build a culture of excellence through training and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver induction, refresher and practical security training.
- Develop and maintain training manuals, schedules and assessments.
- Train guards in guarding duties, drill, deportment, customer care, firearms awareness and company policies.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate training records.
- Identify training needs and coordinate programmes with HR and Operations.
- Ensure training complies with statutory and company requirements and evaluate programmes.

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Security & Risk Management or a related field.
- Training & Development / Instructional Design certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant training/instructional experience, preferably in security.
- Military, police or security training background is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; physically fit and willing to conduct outdoor/practical training.
